Mission's Updates

SIMEA missinary couple Otto & Grace retired because of Grace's health.

3 missionary couples were sent off by SIMEA to the fields recently.

A former bishop, Rev Dr James Ha & a journalist, Mr Watson Rajaratnam joined SIMEA as Director of SIM Chinese Ministry Center and Director of Mobilization, Singapore respectively.

Today the two-year-old child died.
"But why?" we ask.   Because he was severely dehydrated.                               "But why?"  Because he had diarrhea.      "But why?"  Because he drank dirty water. "But why?"  Because his ten-year-old sister was too weak to fetch clean water from the distant spring.                                           "But why?" Because she's extremely anemic...because of intestinal parasites... because of unsanitary conditions...  pg3

Prayer Update

• Pray for good coordination & collaboration among all home missionaries and staff to mobilize churches and Christians into the harvest fields.  
• Ask the Lord to direct in setting up other new sending offices in the East Asia region.
